Pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the Terms of Purchase are part of the Seller’s obligations, and enable the Buyer to be informed in a clear and comprehensible manner about a number of circumstances essential for the conclusion, execution, termination of the contract, and all in accordance with the law.

The term Seller means KLOKAN doo, from Split, Domovinsko rata 27, OIB: 96496224041, T: 021239009, E: info@spaceylon.hr , W: www.spaceylon.hr .

The term “Customer” is considered to be a classic consumer, a natural person who, outside of any activity, orders and pays for any product through the services of the web store present on the Seller’s website, but also the Customer, a craftsman, a sole trader and a natural person who performs a business activity, and who is protected provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection only if he buys products unrelated to his business activities, and legal entities.

By selling through the website www.spaceylon.hr , the seller acts on his own behalf.

The conditions of purchase form part of the contract concluded at a distance together with the specifications and price(s) of the purchased product(s), and before confirming the order for the purchase of an individual product, the Customer will be asked to accept/declare that he/she is familiar with/agree with them, while after confirmation order (conclusion of the contract) shall be delivered to the Customer as the content of the e-mail message confirming that the contract has been concluded.

The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, with the said changes entering into force after publication on these websites.

The contract is concluded the moment the order is confirmed and executed by the Buyer, and the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer by e-mail about the fact of the conclusion of the contract that the contract has been concluded.

For a validly concluded contract, it is necessary that the Buyer is a person with full business capacity.

The customer is responsible for the completeness and truthfulness of the data entered during registration.

The terms of purchase are divided into categories/information classified below. Access to the website www.spaceylon.hr may sometimes be unavailable due to works, maintenance or the introduction of new content, and in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller, which the Seller will try to eliminate as soon as possible.

All products are shown with photos and a short description, and the information about them is entered based on information received from the Manufacturer (JANET LANKA (Pvt) Ltd, Sinsapa Road, Colombo 6, Sri Lanka).

Product photos are illustrative in nature, that is, they do not always have to correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order. The subject of the order can only be products for which it is indicated in the order that they are available and available. Due to the large number of simultaneous orders, it may happen that the information on product availability is not the same as the state in the warehouse.

If the ordered product is not available in the warehouse, the Seller will inform the Buyer that the product is currently not available, the time frame in which the product is available, agree on a new delivery date if necessary, and at the same time offer the possibility of purchasing an alternative product that is available for delivery and which, according to its characteristics, is closest to the undeliverable product.

In case of complete impossibility of delivery of the ordered and paid for product, the Seller will return all funds.

All prices on the website www.spaceylon.hr are expressed in Croatian kuna, with VAT included in the product price.

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product because they are paid separately, except for orders above a certain amount when delivery is free, and all in accordance with the conditions and in the manner indicated in these Terms of Purchase.

Before confirming the order, the price of the product, the price of delivery if chargeable, the price of VAT, and the final price are shown separately so that the Customer has an overview of the final price he pays for the ordered purchase service.

In case of payment by e-banking and general money order, payment costs and/or interbank transactions are not included in the price.

IMPORTANT: All card transactions (made with either debit or credit cards) are subject to verification by the company KLOKAN doo, lasting one to three working days.

The company KLOKAN doo reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. In such cases, the company KLOKAN doo will refund the full amount of money to the Buyer of the undelivered but paid product, i.e. the paid service, for the product or products that are no longer on offer, or for those services that have been paid for but not performed, regardless of the reason for withdrawing the product from sale, or non-performance of the service.

Also, the company KLOKAN doo reserves the right to change, timely suspend or terminate the provision of online store services.

In case of unavailability of the ordered article, KLOKAN doo will inform the Customer about the impossibility of delivery and refund the amount paid for the unavailable article.

The headquarters of the company KLOKAN doo is in Split, Domovinsko rata 27. Legal disputes that may arise as a result of the use of the website www.spaceylon.hr (unless otherwise stated in a separate contract) are under the jurisdiction of the court in Split and are resolved in accordance with positive regulations Republic of Croatia By using the website www.spaceylon.hr , the user agrees that any dispute or request arising from or related to these General Terms and Conditions or their implementation, as well as business relations with KLOKAN doo, is under the jurisdiction of the court in Split.
