Only the Buyer who concluded the Distance Contract in the manner described above has the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days. The period of 14 days begins to run from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract are handed over to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier or delivery person.
If with one order the Customer has ordered several pieces of goods that should be delivered separately, that is, if it is a question of goods that are delivered in several pieces or several shipments, the deadline starts from the day when the last piece or the last shipment of goods is handed over to the possession.
Before the expiration of the term for unilateral termination, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller of his decision to terminate the contract by e-mail with the following information:
· first and last name, OIB
· account number and date
· subject: unilateral termination of the contract
· information on whether you want a refund or exchange should be sent to the following e-mail address: info@spaceylon.hr
Confirmation of receipt of notification of unilateral termination of the contract will be delivered by the Seller, without delay, by e-mail.
If the Buyer unilaterally terminates the Agreement, the Seller will refund the money received from the Buyer, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when we received the Buyer’s decision on unilateral termination of the agreement and the e-mail with the request for a refund.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned.
The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller immediately, and no later than within 14 days from the day of the sent e-mail with the request for unilateral termination.
The goods are returned by mail in a verifiable manner to the address KLOKAN doo (SPA CEYLON) – 21000 Split, Josipa Jovića 93 (shopping center Mall of Split), with the indication UNILATERAL TERMINATION or in person to the store at the address 21000 Split, Josipa Jovića 93 (shopping center Mall of Split).
The Buyer is considered to have fulfilled his obligation on time if he sent the shipment to the Buyer’s address before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods. If the product is returned defective, with major damages or without parts and documentation, and if the same is not delivered within a subsequent period of 8 days, it is considered that the Buyer has not fulfilled his obligation to return the goods, and the Seller is not obliged to return the funds paid.
