The deadline for returning the goods is 14 days, the deadline starts from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract are handed over to the possession. See more information in the section ‘Unilateral termination of the contract’.

The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct.

The seller is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery service. When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to send the complaint to the delivery person on the spot.

The return of goods is not recognized if the customer ordered the wrong product by mistake or if he does not like the ordered product, unless he is ready to bear the manipulative costs of returning the goods.

In the event that the customer returns a product that does not suit him for some reason, he bears the return postage (return to our address and sending a replacement item).

Send it to our address and we will contact you with feedback when the package arrives and when we start processing the return.

The returned product must not be used and must be in the same condition as it was sent and must be in the original undamaged packaging with the manufacturer’s labels.

Please do not destroy the original packaging or write on it or we will not be able to accept the return.

It is important to clearly display the inscription: RETURN on the package

We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that have not been returned in accordance with the specified instructions .

You can return the product to our address via the delivery service of your choice.

We send the package to your address with our contracted courier according to the valid price list.

After receiving your package, it will be inspected within 24 hours of receipt (excluding non-working days and holidays).

In the case of a refund, it will be processed as soon as possible. The refund will be made in the same way it was paid within 5 days.

Please note that refund periods (for payments via Corvus Pay) do not depend on SPA CEYLON or CorvusPay but on the bank and card brand and can last between 1-28 days.

In the event that the customer orders goods and refuses to receive them without reason (the packaging is not damaged, the delivered product is accurate and correct), KLOKAN doo has the right to deduct from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount of the direct costs of sending and returning the product.

KLOKAN doo is responsible for material defects of items sold on its website in accordance with positive regulations, in particular the Law on Obligatory Relations of the Republic of Croatia.
