Loss or damage to the shipment

Missed a delivery?

However, if you were not at your address at the agreed delivery time, the delivery person will leave you a notification and you will also receive an SMS notification, if the Buyer provided a mobile phone number when addressing the shipment. It is possible to arrange a new date for the next working day, counting from the day when the user contacts the Customer Service and arranges the delivery. It is necessary to report within 5 days from the date of receipt of the notification.
