Our goal is well-being on all levels, from the ingredients we use to the way our products are made. We are proud and transparent in our commitment to contribute to the community in which we operate and to the development of the beautiful island that is home to Spa Ceylon. By selling each product from our “Ceylon elephant” line, we allocate 10% of the total turnover to projects that protect these magnificent animals. Our goal is to contribute to a practical resolution of the human-elephant conflict, to remove the elephant from the list of endangered species and to see elephants again in pre-colonial numbers. Our “Peace” line also donates 10% of sales to projects dedicated to rehabilitating people and areas affected by war and offering support for the hard-won peace that Sri Lanka and its people are fortunate to enjoy today. We are also particularly proud of our work in Kaliptia, where our “Aloe Vera” trade-agricultural project enables a dignified life for 50 families. The project was launched in the arid zone of Kaliptia, on the northwest coast of Sri Lanka, in cooperation with the Foundation for the Protection of Marine and Coastal Resources and is the first such project in the country when it comes to organized wholesale organic cultivation of aloe vera.
