Pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the Terms of Purchase are part of the Seller’s obligations, and enable the Buyer to be informed in a clear and comprehensible manner about a number of circumstances essential for the conclusion, execution, termination of the contract, and all in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n

The term “Customer” is considered to be a classic consumer, a natural person who, outside of any activity, orders and pays for any product through the services of the web store present on the Seller’s website, but also the Customer, a craftsman, a sole trader and a natural person who performs a business activity, and who is protected provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection only if he buys products unrelated to his business activities, and legal entities.<\/p>\n

The subject of the order can only be products for which it is indicated in the order that they are available and available. Due to the large number of simultaneous orders, it may happen that the information on product availability is not the same as the state in the warehouse. <\/p>\n

If the ordered product is not available in the warehouse, the Seller will inform the Buyer that the product is currently not available, the time frame in which the product is available, agree on a new delivery date if necessary, and at the same time offer the possibility of purchasing an alternative product that is available for delivery and which, according to its characteristics, is closest to the undeliverable product.<\/p>\n

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product because they are paid separately, except for orders above a certain amount when delivery is free, and all in accordance with the conditions and in the manner indicated in these Terms of Purchase.<\/p>\n

Before confirming the order, the price of the product, the price of delivery if chargeable, the price of VAT, and the final price are shown separately so that the Customer has an overview of the final price he pays for the ordered purchase service.<\/p>\n

In case of payment by e-banking and general money order, payment costs and\/or interbank transactions are not included in the price.<\/p>\n

In such cases, the company KLOKAN doo will refund the full amount of money to the Buyer of the undelivered but paid product, i.e. the paid service, for the product or products that are no longer on offer, or for those services that have been paid for but not performed, regardless of the reason for withdrawing the product from sale, or non-performance of the service. <\/p>\n

Also, the company KLOKAN doo reserves the right to change, timely suspend or terminate the provision of online store services.<\/p>\n

In case of unavailability of the ordered article, KLOKAN doo will inform the Customer about the impossibility of delivery and refund the amount paid for the unavailable article.<\/p>\n

Legal disputes that may arise as a result of the use of the website www.spaceylon.hr<\/u><\/a> (unless otherwise stated in a separate contract) are under the jurisdiction of the court in Split and are
